About Susan Baldwin

Susan Baldwin is a third generation Georgetown County native, giving her rich relationships with individuals throughout the community. Growing up, she attended Winyah High School and graduated from Georgetown High School. Susan's career as a sales and marketing specialist for The Georgetown Times provided her with firsthand insights for our market area as well as strengthened her local ties. During this time, she was also the Director of Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art. Later, she began working as the Director of Marketing at DeBordieu Colony Real Estate and Rentals, where she eventually entered property management as Rental Manager. Working for DeBordieu Rentals, Susan gained an understanding for the care and attention required of luxury properties in the Lowcountry.

Currently living in Pawleys Island with her husband, Susan has personally witnessed our area's growth in recent years. Susan has given back to the community by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and serving as co-chair for Pawleys Pavilion Reunion. She is a member of Blue Star Mothers of Coastal Carolina and she is very proud of her children who are serving our country. All four of Susan's children attended Waccamaw schools. Susan's local knowledge, marketing expertise, and personal connections along the Waccamaw Neck have empowered her to become a bright, reliable, and relatable real estate sales associate with Peace Sotheby's International Realty at the Pawleys Island office.
