About Chip Noe

Chip Noe is the proud son of legendary college basketball coach, Chuck Noe. Raised in Virginia and South Carolina, Chip made his own mark in the sports world as a youth coach and standout basketball & baseball player at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.

Shortly after graduating, Chip moved to North Myrtle Beach and began his career in resort sales and marketing. His successes in this field include helping develop multiple sites throughout the Carolinas & Virginia and playing a vital role in the development of two world-famous Las Vegas resorts: Polo Towers and Planet Hollywood Towers.

Through all of his years of traveling, Chip has always wanted to come home to North Myrtle Beach. Even though he is familiar with “almost every inch of the beach from Virgina Beach to Hilton Head Island” and he is glad to help clients find a home anywhere, he has always considered the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach as his favorite place to be.

Throughout his career, Chip has made it a point to partner with the best companies. He believes, “The peace of mind of being able to provide my clients the absolute best marketing and technical support, combined with award winning customer service, that makes coming to work both fun and successful; so, to come home to North Myrtle Beach is great and working with Hampton Peace and his team at Peace Sotheby’s International Realty is the icing on the cake.”

Chip and his wife Jeanne are also the proud parents of three-year-old Charlie Noe III and CoCo their chocolate lab. You’ll see them enjoying all that the Grand Strand has to offer and attending Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
